Beamsville Christmas Market

Oh Christmas Spree Promo.png

Join us in Beamsville for a Christmas Market! We’ll have our booth set up with lots of zero waste goodies to sell to raise funding for our Love Your Lake Project. Our goal this year is to stuff 1,000 stockings with a reusable straw (We carry stainless steel and silicone straws) in order to reduce the use of single use plastic straws. Just this past summer we picked up 2,761 straws from the shores of Lake Ontario. Using a reusable straw is a simple change that can have a huge impact over time!

World Water Day

World Water Day is hosted by the United Nations each year on March 22nd. There is a lot that you can do to help protect water related to conservation, protection or remediation.

To celebrate this wonderful day we'll be launching the registration form for our Love Your Lake 2018 cleanups. We hope you'll be able to join us this spring/summer to cleanup the shores of Lake Ontario and protect our local drinking water.

Read some inspirational water stories here: http://worldwaterday.org/stories/
