HOW WE SHIP
We ship all of our items completely plastic free. Everything used in shipping is recyclable and compostable. We use the boxes that we receive our inventory in as well as boxes that are donated to us or picked up from local businesses. We use non-reinforced paper tape to seal our boxes and post-consumer paper to pack items that need a little more cushioning.
WHAT DO WE REQUEST OF OUR WHOLESALERS?
We are very careful about choosing which products we would like to sell in our shop. We strive to find products that are Canadian, fair trade, organic, plastic-free, great quality, and ..... We require that all shipments to us come in environmentally friendly packaging. The less packaging the better.
WHAT CAN WE ASK OF OUR CUSTOMERS?
Once we ship a package to customers we cannot control what they do with the packaging materials but we do include a note on post-consumer paper encouraging all of our customers to reuse, compost, or recycle all packing materials.
What is the cost of shipping?
Shipping is $12 flat rate since that is the average cost of sending a tracked package through Canada Post. We offer free shipping for orders over $50 with the code FREESHIP50. Gather your friends together to place an order, this reduces the shipping materials, carbon emissions, and hopefully the cost of shipping!
When will my order ship?
We send orders out every Monday and Thursday morning. During times of high order volume we may ship more frequently. If you need your order in a hurry drop us a line and we'll get it on it's way!
Where do we ship to?
Currently we ship to Canada and the US. International customers are responsible for duties and import fees. If you live outside of these locations and are having trouble finding zero waste items locally send us an email and we'll try to help!
Unused items can be returned for a refund within 14 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot cover return shipping fees. Please contact us and we'll find the best solution for your circumstance.
