Heather has been passionate about nature and the outdoors for as long as she can remember. She moved to Canada in 2009 to study Psychology and Bioanthropology at the University of Toronto. Afterwards, Heather began a career in the wine industry, where she witnessed the severity of the climate crisis firsthand and felt driven to do her part.  

She recognized the importance of effective communication in making otherwise overwhelming topics approachable. In 2020, Heather began writing and blogging to try to use social media for social good. Heather is excited to work with A Greener Future to help build an eco-conscious community and empower people to tackle the climate crisis.
